*Due to the varying nature of size and length of course resources, they have to be assessed on a case by case basis. We want your course to be amazing, in light of this resources that require extensive work due to the length of the resource may require additional fee. This will be addressed during the initial Course Assessment Session.
**Optional 3rd party integrations with other services may require additional subscriptions through the service provider.
***Course Rebel has the option to provide addition "language" translations of our core website. This will allow students to register and view the course content. Each course translation will be setup as a new course in the desired language. We do not provide student support in these languages. We only provide support in English. Any support requests from non-english speaking students will be the responsibility of the Course Author. Support requests will be forwarded to the Course Author once received.

What does a Course look like?

Do I own the rights to my course or does Rebel Studios/Course Rebel?
You own the rights to your course. There is nothing in our agreement requiring you to give your ideas to Rebel Studios or Course Rebel. If you plan to present your own course material somewhere else, there is certainly nothing in our agreement that would keep you from that engagement. In fact, we help you set your resources up using cloud-based technology that is linked to your personal account. So if you ever decide to go your own way - you can take everything with you, easily, retaining the cloud-based benefits.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. At the heart of Course Rebels ethos is integrate and share. We have integrated some great options that allow you to update the majority of the content yourself. You can update your presentations, course information, textbooks, handouts, resources, videos and more. This means you can use the resources you are already familiar with to maintain your course. The Course Rebel team does some pretty cool programming tricks to get create your course on the backend. So some core structural changes will need to be added, edited or changed by us. We find this rarely needs to be done and is more of a once-in-a-while kinda thing. Also if at any stage you want to redesign or revamp your course - we can help with that. Small edits and changes are included with your hosting and support - larger changes or additional frames may incur a fee depending on what is needed.
What is the course creation process? Can you tell me more about the steps and how it works?
Learn more about How It Works Here. The process starts with the purchase of the one-time setup fee and accepting our Terms of Service. We then set-up the strategy sessions to collect and learn about your materials, set-up your technology and provide support/training. Once you have reviewed the final course design and give us the okay - we will publish the course. Then you can start sharing it with your users, we make it easy and show you how including the email instructions and course key you send them.
What is the Course Rebel Student Tech Support (Always)?
We are always happy to support instructors and students using the Course Rebel platform. If you experience a technical problem using the website, an issue with a course or need help with anything just let us know.
Can I add more content to my Course?
Yes. We believe all courses are living bodies of knowledge. Which means they are never complete and as you grow they should grow with you to meet your evolving needs. You have the option of adding anything you want to your course. This means you can keep your course up to date and have your course (and resources) grow with you. If you want to upgrade it as you grow - Just let us know what additional integrations you would like and we will give you a quote. Maybe you have a new playlist of videos you want to monist within your course - or perhaps you want to reach a global audience by live stream your course to remote students or even add in the next natural step for students to take, we can help you add a frame to steer them in the right direction. We help you future proof you course.
What happens if I want to stop selling my course on Course Rebel?
If you choose to no longer sell your course on Course Rebel, you will not be required to pay the monthly fee. We will simply unpublished it so its no longer available to be purchased. Don’t worry, students that have previously purchased your course will still retain access.
Do I get access to the student's data?
All student related data (Date, Email, Name, Location, Course and Purchase Price) will be provided by Course Rebel as part of the hosting service. Course Rebel will provide you access to your student data the moment the student access your course. Student data will be synced to your (Google) GSuite - this way you can access it anywhere through any browser. GSuite is highly integrative and gives you the flexibility to sync it with your own CRM/Database.
What does a typical course cost including setup and hosting?
A beautifully design turnkey course will cost a one time fee of $1350 per course.
Then you will pay $300 for 1 years Starter Hosting which covers up to three Course Ecosystems.
So $1350 one time + $300 /yr
